So now I must continue, but if you haven’t read my previous post, please do as it will help with the context. Obviously it took me a long while to get this post done because honestly, it is difficult to be detailed at each and every country and that my bed has been so inviting lately (my shoulder blades are aching) that I spent most of my time reading and watching TV. 16. Principality of Monaco (Monte Carlo). Monaco is the world’s second smallest country (next to the Vatican) and a billionaire’s playground because this tiny country’s government does not collect taxes. They rely on their casinos for funding. Because of this, Monaco is where you can find the richest people evident by the cars on display in their streets, the posh hotels and the excessive amount of yachts. I am also not sure about how guarded the palace in Monaco is as I did not see much outside the palace’s grounds.
