Champagne Anyone?
I’m talking about the place, not the wine. But they are obviously very much related. A quaint region, northeast of France and 100 miles east of Paris, Champagne is home to the famous bubbly or sparkling wine we all so love dearly.

It was a little over 3 years ago when I discovered Jamba Juice (remember this post talking about it?). At one point, a large cup became my entire meal one alone day in one of the best cities in the world, New York.

Being someone whose train of thought goes kaput whenever I see or realize that a milk tea store is near to where I am, I know I have to try out Gong Cha. I have read a lot of pretty good reviews about the store, especially what is said to be their best seller, Gong Cha Milk Winter Melon Tea.

I have read online about Blugré. When I went to Legazpi (I know, another long overdue post), there was this local coffee shop named La Mia Tazza which serves coffee drinks sprinkled with pili nuts. This time, in Davao, I figured we must visit their local coffee shop for a night cap (I know how that sounded ironic, hehe).

Probably one of the most talked about milk tea places these days, I am glad I have finally tried Serenitea. Location is the main reason why it took me so long to know what all the fuss was about. Their branch at Robinson’s Manila is probably the one nearest to me but I hardly go anywhere else these days. Last week, I accompanied my brother and San Juan was on the way. Thus, I decided to give Serenitea a call and asked for directions.
